How to Configure Email Using SendGrid?

  • Register a SendGrid Account

  • Go to Email API >> Integration Guide

  • Click on SMTP

  • Create an API KEY by entering a KEY Name (Eg: laundrybox)

  • Copy the API KEY and paste it on Laundry BOX >> Tools >> Email Settings

  • In SendGrid go to Marketing >> Senders

  • Click on Create a New Sender

The email should be a valid one because it needs to be verified.

  • Copy Sender Email Address and paste it on Laundry BOX >> Tools >> Email Settings

  • Save the Master Settings

  • And then Send Test Email to any account to check

  • Done

Make sure to save the settings before you send a Test Email.

You may need to check your Spam folder or your "Updates" or "Promotional" email folders on your inbox to find the test email.
